2. Objective and audience: product or project, target market, audience and intended outcome.

3. Requested support: creator content, China preparation, brand introductions or Seoul execution.

4. Timing: launch or event date, approval deadlines and any fixed milestones.

5. Budget and usage: budget range and currency, publishing needs, advertising usage, markets and duration.

6. Available materials and success measures: brand assets, existing content, enquiry or purchase route and the results you can track.
